śrṛṇotīdaṃ śraddhayā yastasya tuṣyeśca bhāskaraḥ | dhārayanhṛdaye mokṣaṃmucyate bhavasāgarāt
Deductive (contextual): Sūta/Lomaharṣaṇa (narrator in Māheśvarakhaṇḍa)
Tirtha: Purūravāditya-tīrtha (māhātmya-śravaṇa)
Type: kshetra
Scene: Devotees sit in attentive listening as a reciter chants the māhātmya; above, Bhāskara radiates approving light; one listener holds the teaching ‘in the heart,’ depicted as a lotus within the chest, while waves of saṃsāra recede.
Faithful listening and inner retention of dharma-teachings leads toward liberation from saṃsāra.
No single tīrtha is named in this verse; it functions as a general phalaśruti to the preceding narrative.
Śravaṇa (listening with faith) and dhāraṇā (keeping the teaching in the heart/mind).
