शुशोच हा कष्टमिति पापोहमिति चासकृत् । तत्तस्य चांतरं दृष्ट्वाऽहृष्यत्यव्रतश्चिरात्
śuśoca hā kaṣṭamiti pāpohamiti cāsakṛt | tattasya cāṃtaraṃ dṛṣṭvā'hṛṣyatyavrataścirāt
သူသည် “ဟာ၊ ဒုက္ခကြီးပါလား! ငါသည် အပြစ်သားပင်” ဟု အကြိမ်ကြိမ် ငိုကြွေးဝမ်းနည်းလေ၏။ သူ၏နှလုံးအတွင်းရှိ အပေါက်အပြဲကို မြင်သဖြင့်၊ စည်းကမ်းမရှိသူသည် ကြာရှည်စောင့်ဆိုင်းပြီးနောက် ဝမ်းမြောက်လေ၏။
