သဘာဝအရ သတ္တဝါအားလုံးတွင် ဒုက္ခတို့၏ ဆက်တိုက်စဉ်ဆက် မပြတ်ရှိသည်။ ထို့ပြင် “ဆာလောင်ခြင်း” သည် ရောဂါအားလုံးအနက် အမြင့်ဆုံးသော “ရောဂါ” ဟု မှတ်ယူကြသည်။
