ह्रियतेर्द्धं हि तत्रापि यच्छेषं तद्धि जीवितम् । जीवितांतेच मरणं महाघोरमवाप्नुयात्
hriyaterddhaṃ hi tatrāpi yaccheṣaṃ taddhi jīvitam | jīvitāṃteca maraṇaṃ mahāghoramavāpnuyāt
ထိုအထဲတွင်ပင် အစိတ်အပိုင်းတစ်ခုကိုလည်း လုယူသွားသည်။ ကျန်ရှိသမျှသာ အမှန်တကယ် “အသက်” ဖြစ်သည်။ အသက်အဆုံးတွင်လည်း အလွန်ကြောက်မက်ဖွယ် မရဏကို တွေ့ကြုံရမည်။
