नियमान्स्वयमादाय ये त्यजंत्यजितेंद्रियाः । ये ताडयंति गां नित्यं वाहयंति मुहुर्मुहुः

Transliteration

niyamānsvayamādāya ye tyajaṃtyajiteṃdriyāḥ | ye tāḍayaṃti gāṃ nityaṃ vāhayaṃti muhurmuhuḥ

Translation

စည်းကမ်းဓမ္မများကို ကိုယ်တိုင်ခံယူပြီးနောက် အာရုံအင်္ဂါများမအောင်နိုင်သဖြင့် ပြန်လည်စွန့်ပစ်သူတို့၊ နွားကိုအမြဲတမ်းရိုက်နှက်၍ မကြာခဏမောင်းနှင်ခိုင်းသူတို့၏အပြုအမူသည် အပြစ်တင်ထိုက်၍ စည်းကမ်းပြည့်ဝသောဓမ္မနှင့်ဆန့်ကျင်ကြောင်း ကြေညာထားသည်။
