Transliteration

śirasyagastyamādhāya tathaiva ca puraṃdaram | udakyādarśanaṃ sparśaṃ varjyaṃ saṃbhāṣaṇaṃ tathā

Translation

အဂஸတျယနှင့် ပုရန္ဒရ (အိန္ဒြ) ကို ဂုဏ်ပြုစံနမူနာအဖြစ် စိတ်၌ထားကာ၊ ရာသီလာနေသော မိန်းမကို မြင်ခြင်းကို ရှောင်၊ ထိတွေ့ခြင်းကို ရှောင်၊ ထိုကာလတွင် စကားပြောခြင်းကိုလည်း ရှောင်ရမည်။
