Transliteration

bṛhaspatiruvāca | sāmapūrvaṃ smṛtā nītiścaturaṃgāmanīkinīm | jigīṣatāṃ suraśreṣṭha sthitireṣā sanātanī

Translation

ဘૃဟသ္ပတိက မိန့်တော်မူသည်– «အို နတ်တို့အထက်မြတ်သူ၊ အောင်မြင်လိုသူ၏ နীতিသည် စာမ (ညှိနှိုင်းသဘောတူမှု) ဖြင့် အစပြု၍ စစ်တပ်လေးမျိုး (စတုရင်္ဂ) အပေါ် သုံးစွဲရသည်ဟု မှတ်သားထားကြ၏။ ဤသည်မှာ အနိုင်ယူလိုသူတို့အတွက် အစဉ်အလာတည်မြဲသော နည်းလမ်းဖြစ်သည်။»
