पृथिवी मेरुलिंगं च द्वितनुश्चास्य नाम च । भस्मलिंगं पशुपतिर्नाम चास्य महेश्वरः

Transliteration

pṛthivī meruliṃgaṃ ca dvitanuścāsya nāma ca | bhasmaliṃgaṃ paśupatirnāma cāsya maheśvaraḥ

Translation

ပृथဝီ (မြေကြီး) သည် မေရု-လင်္ဂကို ပူဇော်၍ ၎င်း၏ အမည်မှာ «ဒွိတနု» (ကိုယ်နှစ်ပါး) ဟု ဆိုကြသည်။ သန့်ရှင်းသော ဘသ္မ (ပြာ) ဖြင့် ပြုလုပ်သော လင်္ဂကို ပူဇော်သောသူကို «ပရှုပတိ» ဟု ခေါ်၍၊ ထိုအရှင်၏ နာမတော်မှာ «မဟေရှွရ» ဖြစ်သည်။
