बिभेत्यल्पश्रुताद्वेदो मामयं प्रतरिष्यति । सर्गश्च प्रतिसर्गश्च वंशो मन्वंतराणि च
bibhetyalpaśrutādvedo māmayaṃ pratariṣyati | sargaśca pratisargaśca vaṃśo manvaṃtarāṇi ca
ဝေဒသည် ပညာနည်းသူကို ကြောက်ရွံ့သည်—«ဤလူက ငါ့ကို မှားယွင်းစွာ ဖြတ်ကျော် (အဓိပ္ပါယ်ဖော်) လိမ့်မည်» ဟု ထင်သောကြောင့်။ ဝေဒတွင် စကြဝဠာဖန်ဆင်းခြင်းနှင့် ပြန်လည်ပျက်စီးခြင်း၊ မျိုးရိုးဝင်္သများနှင့် မနုအခေတ်များ (မန్వန္တရ) ကိုလည်း ဖော်ပြထားသည်။
