दशवारं वामहस्ते सप्तवारं द्वयोस्तथा । प्रत्येकम्पादयोस्तात त्रिवारं करयोः पुनः

Transliteration

daśavāraṃ vāmahaste saptavāraṃ dvayostathā | pratyekampādayostāta trivāraṃ karayoḥ punaḥ

Translation

“ဘယ်လက်ပေါ်တွင် ဆယ်ကြိမ် လိမ်းပါ၊ ထို့နောက် လက်နှစ်ဖက်ပေါင်း၍ ခုနစ်ကြိမ် လိမ်းပါ။ ထို့ပြင် ချစ်သူရေ၊ ခြေတစ်ဖက်စီတွင် သုံးကြိမ် လိမ်းပြီး၊ နောက်တဖန် လက်များပေါ်တွင်လည်း သုံးကြိမ် လိမ်းပါ။”
