Gotra–Pravara Inquiry and Proclamation of Auspicious Time
ततो वन्धुजनास्तस्य शिवां सम्पूज्य भक्तितः । ददुश्शिवाय सद्द्रव्यं नानाविधिविधानतः
tato vandhujanāstasya śivāṃ sampūjya bhaktitaḥ | daduśśivāya saddravyaṃ nānāvidhividhānataḥ
ထို့နောက် သူမ၏ ဆွေမျိုးသားချင်းတို့သည် သဒ္ဓါဖြင့် သီဝာ (ပါဝတီ) ကို ပူဇော်ဂုဏ်ပြုကာ၊ သင့်တော်သော ရိုးရာဓလေ့အမျိုးမျိုးအတိုင်း သီဝဘုရားသခင်ထံ အလွန်ကောင်းမြတ်သော လက်ဆောင်နှင့် မင်္ဂလာပစ္စည်းများကို ဆက်ကပ်လေ၏။

Significance: Textual-ritual marker: colophons are used in pāṭha/pravacana traditions to demarcate recitation units (adhyāya) for merit (puṇya) accrual through śravaṇa.
It shows that devotion (bhakti) becomes complete when it is expressed through reverent worship and righteous giving—first honoring Śivā (the Divine Power) and then offering auspicious gifts to Śiva (the Supreme Lord), aligning household rites with dharma.
The verse reflects Saguna worship—approaching Śiva through worshipful acts, offerings, and prescribed rites. Such “sat-dravya” offerings correspond to the Purāṇic mode of honoring Śiva’s accessible, grace-bestowing form (often through Liṅga-pūjā in practice).
Perform pūjā with devotion and offer pure, fitting materials (sat-dravya) according to vidhi; as a takeaway, pair external offerings with inner bhakti—japa of “Om Namaḥ Śivāya” and a sattvic intention of reverence and gratitude.
