किमर्थम् तव नेत्राभ्यां वारि स्रवति शोकजम्।पुण्डरीकपलाशाभ्यां विप्रकीर्णमिवोदकम्।।।।
kimarthaṃ tava netrābhyāṃ vāri sravati śokajam | puṇḍarīkapalāśābhyāṃ viprakīrṇam ivodakam ||
အဘယ်ကြောင့် သင်၏ မျက်လုံးနှစ်ဖက်မှ ဝမ်းနည်းခြင်းကြောင့် ဖြစ်သော မျက်ရည်ရေသည် စီးကျလာသနည်း—ဖြူသော ကြာပန်းရွက်များပေါ်မှ ရေစက်များ ပြန့်ကျဲ၍ စိမ့်စိမ့်ကျသကဲ့သို့။
