Bestowal of Divine Astras to Rama
अशनी द्वे प्रयच्छामि शुष्कार्द्रे रघुनन्दन।।।।ददामि चास्त्रं पैनाकमस्त्रं नारायणं तथा।
aśanī dve prayacchāmi śuṣkārdrē raghunandana |
dadāmi cāstraṃ painākam astraṃ nārāyaṇaṃ tathā ||
အို ရဂုနန္ဒန၊ ငါသည် သင့်အား အရှနီ (မိုးကြိုး) နှစ်လုံး—ရှုရှ္က (ခြောက်) နှင့် အာဒြ (စို)—ကို ပေးအပ်၏။ ထို့ပြင် ပိုင်နာက အස්တရနှင့် နာရာယဏ အස්တရကိုလည်း ပေးအပ်၏။
O descendant of Raghu! I shall grant you two thunderbolts named shuska and ardra (dry and wet), painaka astra and narayanaastra.
