Rama’s Attempt to Dissuade Sita from Forest Exile

अहोरात्रं च सन्तोषः कर्तव्यो नियतात्मना।फलैर्वृक्षावपतितै स्सीते दुःखमतो वनम्।।2.28.12।।

ahorātraṁ ca santoṣaḥ kartavyo niyatātmanā | phalair vṛkṣāvapatitaiḥ sīte duḥkham ato vanam ||

အို စီတာရေ၊ နေ့ညမပြတ် ကိုယ်စိတ်ကို ထိန်းချုပ်ထားသူသည် စန်တောသ (ကျေနပ်တင်းတိမ်မှု) ကို ပြုရပြီး သစ်ပင်မှ ကျသွားသော အသီးများဖြင့်သာ အသက်မွေးရသည်။ ထို့ကြောင့် တောဘဝသည် ဒုက္ခဘဝဖြစ်သည်။
