अभिषेक-निवृत्ति-उपदेशः
Withdrawal of the Coronation: Rama’s Counsel to Lakshmana
एतया तत्त्वया बुद्ध्या संस्तभ्यात्मानमात्मना।व्याहतेऽप्यभिषेके मे परितापो न विद्यते।।।।
etayā tattvayā buddhyā saṁstabhya ātmānam ātmanā |
vyāhate 'py abhiṣeke me paritāpo na vidyate ||
ဤသဘောတရားမှန်ကန်သော ဉာဏ်ပညာဖြင့် ငါသည် ငါ့ကိုယ်ကို ငါ့ကိုယ်တိုင် တည်ငြိမ်စေခဲ့ပြီ။ ငါ၏ အဘိသေက (နန်းတင်) ပွဲ အနှောင့်အယှက်ခံရသော်လည်း ငါ့အတွင်း၌ ဝမ်းနည်းပူဆွေးမှု မရှိ။
Even though my consecration was thwarted, there is no feeling of sadness in me. In fact I controlled my mind by my intellect.
