भरतस्य धर्मनिश्चयः
Bharata Affirms Lineage-Dharma and Urges Rama’s Coronation
उत्तिष्ठ पुरुषव्याघ्र क्रियतामुदकं पितुः।अहं चायं च शत्रुघ्नः पूर्वमेव कृतोदकौ।।2.101.7।।
uttiṣṭha puruṣavyāghra kriyatām udakaṃ pituḥ | ahaṃ cāyaṃ ca śatrughnaḥ pūrvam eva kṛtodakau || 2.101.7 ||
ထ၍ အို လူတို့အတွင်း ကျားသဖွယ်သူရဲကောင်း၊ အဖေတော်အတွက် ဥဒက (ရေဖြင့် အပ်နှံပူဇော်ခြင်း) ကို ပြုလုပ်ပါ။ ကျွန်ုပ်နှင့် ဤ သတ္တရုဃ္နလည်း အရင်ကတည်းက ဥဒက ပြုလုပ်ပြီးသားဖြစ်၏။
Arise, O best of men! and offer libations to our father. I and Satrughna have already done so.
Fulfilling pitṛṛṇa (debt to the ancestors) through prescribed rites is a key dharmic obligation of sons.
After informing Rama of Daśaratha’s death, Bharata urges Rama to perform the customary water-libation for their father.
Bharata’s propriety and devotion—he ensures the funeral obligations are completed and invites Rama to complete his share.
