अरण्यकाण्डे एकोनषष्टितमः सर्गः

तमुवाच किमर्थं त्वमागतोऽपास्य मैथिलीम्।यदा सा तव विश्वासाद्वने विरहिता मया।।।।
tam uvāca kimarthaṃ tvam āgato 'pāsya maithilīm | yadā sā tava viśvāsād vane virahitā mayā ||
သူမက သူ့အား ပြောသည်—“မေထီလီကို ထားခဲ့ပြီး သင်ဘာကြောင့် ဒီကိုလာသနည်း? ငါက သင့်ကို ယုံကြည်၍ တောအတွင်း၌ သူမကို တစ်ယောက်တည်း ထားခဲ့ရသည်မဟုတ်လော?”
