तत्तद्दद्मि महाभागे दुर्लभं देवदानवैः । मायोवाच । मामेव भोक्तुमिच्छा चेद्दायं मे देहि दानव
tattaddadmi mahābhāge durlabhaṃ devadānavaiḥ | māyovāca | māmeva bhoktumicchā ceddāyaṃ me dehi dānava
သူမက “အို မဟာဘဂါ၊ နတ်တို့နှင့် ဒါနဝတို့တောင် ရခဲသော အရာကို သင့်အား ငါပေးမည်” ဟု ဆို၏။ မာယာက “သင် အမှန်တကယ် ငါတစ်ယောက်တည်းကို ခံစားလိုလျှင် အို ဒါနဝ၊ ငါ့အခွင့်အရေးကို ငါ့အား ပေးလော့” ဟု ဆို၏။
Māyā
Concept: Māyā grants boons conditionally; every indulgence has a ‘due’—a cost that binds the seeker further.
Application: Before pursuing a pleasure, ask: ‘What is the hidden price—time, ethics, peace, relationships?’ Choose actions whose ‘due’ is sattvic and elevating.
