Vrata: none
Rasa: {"primary_rasa":"vira","secondary_rasa":"adbhuta","emotional_journey":"A sudden heroic tension: a sacred liṅga is seized and carried through the sky by rākṣasas, creating urgency and wonder."}
It frames a tirtha-mahātmya episode where a sacred Śaiva emblem (liṅga) is threatened by demonic forces, highlighting the Purāṇic theme that holy places and divine symbols are protected and become spiritually potent through such events.
By emphasizing the sanctity of Śiva’s liṅga and the urgency around its safeguarding, the verse implicitly supports bhakti expressed through reverence, protection, and worship of divine symbols associated with sacred sites.
No specific Vedāṅga (like Vyākaraṇa or Jyotiṣa) is taught directly in this verse; it functions primarily as narrative setup within a mahatmya, guiding ritual devotion toward a Śaiva tirtha context.
