Adhyaya 84 — The Gods’ Hymn after the Slaying of Mahishasura and the Goddess’ Boon
यदि चापि वरो देयस्त्वयास्माकं महेश्वरि ।
सं स्मृता सं स्मृता त्वं नो हिंसेथाः परमापदः ॥
yadi cāpi varo deyas tvayāsmākaṃ maheśvari | saṃsmṛtā saṃsmṛtā tvaṃ no hiṃsethāḥ paramāpadaḥ ||
«ထို့ပြင် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့အား မဟာဒေဝီတော်က ကောင်းချီးပေးမည်ဆိုလျှင်—သင်ကို အကြိမ်ကြိမ် သတိရသမျှအခါတိုင်း—ကျွန်ုပ်တို့အတွက် အကြီးမားဆုံး ဘေးအန္တရာယ်များကို ကာကွယ်ပေးပါစေ»။
