ममत्वं गतराज्यस्य राज्याङ्गेष्वखिलेष्वपि ।
जानतोऽपि यथाज्ञस्य किमेतन्मुनिसत्तम ॥
mamatvaṃ gata-rājyasya rājyāṅgeṣv akhileṣv api |
jānato 'pi yathājñasya kim etan muni-sattama ||
«ကျွန်ုပ်၏ နိုင်ငံတော် ပျောက်ကွယ်သွားသော်လည်း ၎င်း၏ အစိတ်အပိုင်းအားလုံးအပေါ် ပိုင်ဆိုင်လိုစိတ်သည် ကျွန်ုပ်တွင် ဆက်လက်ရှိနေပါသည်။ အမှန်တရားကို သိနေသော်လည်း မသိသကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ်နေသည်။ ဤသည်မှာ အဘယ်နည်း၊ အရှင် ရှင်တော်အမြတ်?»
