စိတ်ကို ဖျက်ဆီးသော ထိုဝဲလှိုင်းကို «ဥပသဂ္ဂ» (အတားအဆီး) ဟု ခေါ်သည်။ ထိုအရာများကြောင့် နတ်မျိုးဖွား သတ္တဝါအားလုံး၏ ယောဂသည် ပျက်စီးခဲ့သည်။
