सञ्चाद्य निर्मले सत्त्वे स्थितो युञ्जीत योगवित् । इन्द्रियाणीन्द्रियार्थेभ्यः प्राणादीन् मन एव च ॥
sañchādya nirmale sattve sthito yuñjīta yogavit | indriyāṇīndriyārthebhyaḥ prāṇādīn mana eva ca ||
နိမ့်ကျသောစိတ်သဘောများကို အနိုင်ယူ၍ သန့်စင်သော သတ္တဝ၌ တည်နေသော ယောဂသိသူသည် ယောဂ၌ အားထုတ်ရမည်။ အာရုံများကို အရာဝတ္ထုများမှ ထိန်းချုပ်ကာ၊ ပရာဏမှ စ၍ အသက်လေများနှင့် စိတ်ကိုပါ တားဆီးထိန်းသိမ်းရမည်။
