Adhyaya 39 — Yoga Discipline: Posture, Breath Control, Sense Withdrawal, and Signs of Attainment
पद्ममर्धासनञ्चापि तथा स्वस्तिकमासनम् । आस्थाय योगं युञ्जीत कृत्वा च प्रणवं हृदि ॥
padmam ardhāsanaṃ cāpi tathā svastikam āsanam | āsthāya yogaṃ yuñjīta kṛtvā ca praṇavaṃ hṛdi ||
ပဒ္မအာသန (ကြာပန်းထိုင်ပုံ) သို့မဟုတ် အর্ধာသန (တစ်ဝက်ထိုင်ပုံ) ကိုလည်းကောင်း၊ ထို့အတူ စွဝတ္စတိက အာသနကိုလည်းကောင်း ခံယူပြီး၊ နှလုံးအတွင်း၌ ပ္ရဏဝ (အိုံ) ကို တည်စေကာ ယောဂကို လေ့ကျင့်ရမည်။
