Adhyaya 27 — Madālasa’s Instruction to King Alarka: Royal Ethics, Self-Conquest, and Statecraft
प्रागात्मा मन्त्रिणश्चैव ततो भृत्या महीभृता ।
जेयाश्चानन्तरं पौराः विरुध्येत ततोऽरिभिः ॥
prāg ātmā mantriṇaś caiva tato bhṛtyā mahībhṛtā /
jeyāś cānantaraṃ paurā virudhyeta tato 'ribhiḥ
ပထမဦးစွာ မင်းသည် မိမိကိုယ်ကို အနိုင်ယူရမည်၊ ထို့နောက် မိမိ၏ အမတ်များကို၊ ထို့နောက် အစေခံများကို။ ထို့ပြင် ပြည်သူများကို သင့်လျော်သော ထိန်းချုပ်မှုအောက်သို့ ဆောင်ယူရမည်။ ထိုနောက်မှသာ ရန်သူတို့ကို ဆန့်ကျင်ရမည်။
