यज्ञदानतपांसीह परत्र च न भूतये ।

भवन्ति तस्य यस्यार्तपरित्राणे न मानसम् ॥

yajña-dāna-tapāṃsīha paratra ca na bhūtaye | bhavanti tasya yasyārta-paritrāṇe na mānasam ||

Translation

«ဒုက္ခရောက်သူကို ကာကွယ်ရန် စိတ်မတည်သောသူအတွက် ယဇ်ပူဇော်ခြင်း၊ လှူဒါန်းခြင်း၊ တပဿာကျင့်ခြင်းတို့သည် ဤလောကနှင့် နောက်လောက၌ပင် ကောင်းကျိုးမဖြစ်စေ»။
