Udyoga Parva Adhyaya 133 — A Mother’s Counsel to Saṃjaya

जहि शत्रून्‌ रणे राजन्‌ स्वधर्ममनुपालय । मा त्वादृशं सुकृपणं शत्रूणां भयवर्धनम्‌

jahi śatrūn raṇe rājan svadharmam anupālaya | mā tvādṛśaṃ sukṛpaṇaṃ śatrūṇāṃ bhayavardhanam ||

အို မင်းကြီး၊ စစ်မြေပြင်၌ ရန်သူတို့ကို ချေမှုန်း၍ မိမိ၏ ဓမ္မကို ထိန်းသိမ်းပါ။ မင်းကြီးကဲ့သို့သူကို အလွန်အမင်း ဆင်းရဲနိမ့်ကျသော ကြောက်ရွံ့မှုထဲသို့ ကျသွားကာ ရန်သူတို့၏ သတ္တိကို တိုးပွားစေမည့် အကြောင်းဖြစ်နေသည်ကို ကျွန်ုပ် မမြင်လိုပါ။
