इति वाचा मधुरया शलक्ष्णया सोपचारया । स्वरश्मीनभ्यवसृजेद् योगमाधाय कालवित्
iti vācā madhurayā śalakṣṇayā sopacārayā | svaraśmīn abhyavasṛjed yogam ādhāya kālavit ||
ဘီရှ္မက ပြောသည်– «ဤသို့ပင် ချိုမြိန်၍ နူးညံ့သိမ်မွေ့ကာ ယဉ်ကျေးသော စကားဖြင့် အချိန်အခါနှင့် အခြေအနေကို သိမြင်သူသည် တိုင်းတာထားသော နည်းဗျူဟာဖြင့် ရှေ့ဆက်ရမည်။ နိုင်ငံ၏လိုအပ်ချက်အတွက် အိမ်ထောင်စုများမှ ငွေကြေးစုဆောင်းရာတွင် ကြမ်းတမ်းမှုမပြုဘဲ နူးညံ့သော ဆွဲဆောင်ပြောဆိုမှုနှင့် သင့်လျော်သော နည်းလမ်းများဖြင့် ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များကို စေလွှတ်ရမည်»။
