राजवृत्त-रक्षा-प्रणिधि-षाड्गुण्योपदेशः
Royal Conduct, Protection, Intelligence, and Policy Measures
विमथ्याततिक्रमेरंश्व विषद्यापि परस्परम् | अभावमचिरेणैव गच्छेयुर्नात्र संशय:
vimathyātatikrameran śva viṣadyāpi parasparam | abhāvam acireṇaiva gaccheyur nātra saṁśayaḥ, rājan |
ဝသုမာနာက မိန့်ကြားသည်– «သူတို့သည် အပြန်အလှန် ထိုးနှက်ကာ နယ်ကျော်လွန်ကျူးလွန်နေကြပြီး၊ ဝမ်းနည်းကြေကွဲနေသော်လည်း တစ်လှည့်စီ ပြန်လည်တိုက်ခိုက်နေကြလျှင် မကြာမီ ပျက်စီးရာသို့ ကျရောက်မည်—အရှင်မင်းကြီး၊ သံသယမရှိ။ နေ နှင့် လ မထွက်လာသည့်အခါ သတ္တဝါအပေါင်းတို့သည် ကြောက်မက်ဖွယ် အမှောင်ထုထဲသို့ နစ်မြုပ်ကာ တစ်ဦးနှင့်တစ်ဦး မမြင်နိုင်ကြသကဲ့သို့၊ ရေကန်တိမ်ထဲက ငါးများ သို့မဟုတ် ကာကွယ်သူမရှိသော တောအုပ်ထဲက ငှက်အုပ်များက မိမိစိတ်ကြိုက် လှည့်လည်ရင်း ထပ်ခါထပ်ခါ အပြန်အလှန် ထိခိုက်စေကြသကဲ့သို့—တစ်ခါတစ်ရံ မိမိထိုးနှက်မှုဖြင့် အခြားသူတို့ကို ဖိချေကာ လှုပ်ခတ်ပျက်စီးစေပြီး၊ တစ်ခါတစ်ရံ ကိုယ်တိုင်လည်း ထိုးနှက်ခံရ၍ ဝေဒနာရောက်ကြသကဲ့သို့—အပြန်အလှန် တိုက်ခိုက်နေကြလျှင် မကြာမီ ပျက်စီးနီးပါး ဖြစ်ကြမည်။ ထိုနည်းတူ မင်းမရှိလျှင် လူထုတစ်ရပ်လုံးသည် အချင်းချင်း အငြင်းပွားတိုက်ခိုက်ကာ လျင်မြန်စွာ ပျက်စီးပြီး၊ နွားထိန်းမရှိသော နွားများကဲ့သို့ ဒုက္ခ၏ ထူထပ်သော အမှောင်ထုထဲသို့ နစ်မြုပ်ကြလိမ့်မည်»။
