राजवृत्त-रक्षा-प्रणिधि-षाड्गुण्योपदेशः

एवमेव विना राज्ञा विनश्येयुरिमा: प्रजा: । अन्धे तमसि मज्जेयुरगोपा: पशवो यथा
Transliteration
evam eva vinā rājñā vinaśyeyur imāḥ prajāḥ | andhe tamasi majjeyur agopāḥ paśavo yathā ||
Translation
ဝသုမာနာက မိန့်ကြားသည်– «ထိုနည်းတူ မင်းမရှိလျှင် ဤပြည်သူတို့သည် ပျက်စီးကြလိမ့်မည်။ နွားထိန်းမရှိသော နွားများကဲ့သို့ မျက်စိကန်းသည့် အမှောင်ထုထဲသို့ နစ်မြုပ်ကြလိမ့်မည်»။
