विविधानां च भूतानां जड़मा: परमा नृप । जड़मानामपि तथा द्विपदा: परमा मता:

Transliteration

vividhānāṁ ca bhūtānāṁ jaṅgamāḥ paramā nṛpa | jaṅgamānām api tathā dvipadāḥ paramā matāḥ ||

Translation

မဟာမင်းကြီး၊ သတ္တဝါအမျိုးမျိုးအနက် လှုပ်ရှားသွားလာနိုင်သော သတ္တဝါတို့ကို ပိုမိုမြင့်မြတ်ဟု မှတ်ယူကြသည်။ ထိုလှုပ်ရှားသတ္တဝါတို့အနက်မှလည်း နှစ်ခြေရှိသော သတ္တဝါ—လူသား—ကို အမြင့်ဆုံးဟု ဆိုကြသည်။
