Dasyu-maryādā and Buddhi-guided Rāja-nīti (दस्युमर्यादा तथा बुद्धिप्रधान-राजनीति)
भीष्म उवाच शृणुष्व राजन यद् वृत्तं ब्रह्मदत्तनिवेशने । पूजन्या सह संवादं ब्रह्मुदत्तस्य भूपते:
bhīṣma uvāca śṛṇuṣva rājan yad vṛttaṃ brahmadattaniveśane | pūjanyā saha saṃvādaṃ brahmadattasya bhūpate ||
ဘိဿမက ပြောသည်– «အို မင်းကြီး၊ ဗြဟ္မဒတ္တ၏ နန်းတော်အိမ်ရာ၌ ဖြစ်ပျက်ခဲ့သမျှကို နားထောင်လော့။ အို အုပ်စိုးရှင်၊ ဗြဟ္မဒတ္တက ဂုဏ်သရေရှိ၍ လေးစားထိုက်သော မိန်းမတစ်ဦးနှင့် ပြောဆိုခဲ့သော ဆွေးနွေးပွဲကို ငါ ပြန်လည်ဖော်ပြမည်»
