Gaṇānāṃ Vṛttiḥ — On the Sustenance and Cohesion of Assemblies
Gaṇa-nīti
चारमन्त्रविधानेषु कोशसंनिचयेषु च । नित्ययुक्ता महाबाहो वर्धन्ते सर्वती गणा:
cāramantravidhāneṣu kośasaṃnicayeṣu ca | nityayuktā mahābāho vardhante sarvatī gaṇāḥ ||
ဘိဿမက ပြောသည်– မဟာဗာဟု ယုဓိဋ္ဌိရရေ၊ သမ္မတနိုင်ငံ၏ အဖွဲ့ဝင်များသည် သတင်းထောက်ရေးနှင့် သံတမန်ရေးရာတွင်လည်းကောင်း၊ နိုင်ငံအကျိုးအတွက် လျှို့ဝှက်အကြံပေးဆွေးနွေးမှုတွင်လည်းကောင်း၊ ဥပဒေ/အမိန့်များကို ချမှတ်ရာတွင်လည်းကောင်း၊ ဘဏ္ဍာတိုက်ကို စုဆောင်းတည်ဆောက်ရာတွင်လည်းကောင်း အမြဲတမ်း တက်ကြွစွာ ပါဝင်နေကြလျှင်၊ သူတို့သည် အရပ်ရပ်မှ တိုးတက်ကြသည်။ ဓမ္မအရ အဓိပ္ပါယ်မှာ စုပေါင်းသတိပြုမှု၊ စည်းကမ်းရှိသော အကြံပေးမှုနှင့် တည်ငြိမ်သော ပြည်သူ့ဘဏ္ဍာရေးတို့သည် ရှင်သန်ဖွံ့ဖြိုးသော နိုင်ငံရေး၏ အခြေခံဖြစ်သည်။
