Bhīṣma–Dhanaṃjaya Duel and the Opening Clash
वारयामास पार्थस्य भीष्म: शान्तनवस्तदा । माननीय महाराज! उस समय शान्तनुनन्दन भीष्मने अर्जुनके इस बाणसमूहका अपने बाणसमूहसे निवारण कर दिया
vārayāmāsa pārthasya bhīṣmaḥ śāntanavas tadā |
သဉ္ဇယက ပြောသည်– အလေးအမြတ်ထားရသော မဟာမင်းကြီး၊ ထိုအချိန်၌ သာန္တနု၏သား ဘီရှ္မသည် အာဇုန၏ လာမည့် မြားအစုကို မိမိ၏ မြားအစုဖြင့် တားဆီးပိတ်ဆို့လိုက်သည်—စစ်၏ အပူအရှိန်အတွင်း၌ ကျွမ်းကျင်မှုကို ကျွမ်းကျင်မှုဖြင့်သာ တုံ့ပြန်ရပြီး၊ သူရဲကောင်းမှုသည် မဆင်မခြင် ဒေါသမဟုတ်ဘဲ စည်းကမ်းတကျ ထိန်းချုပ်မှုဖြင့် သန့်စင်ရကြောင်းကို ပြသသကဲ့သို့။
