Adhyātma-Upadeśa
समस्तमिह तच्छुत्वा सम्यगेवावधार्यताम् | अहिंसा सर्वभूतानामेतत् कृत्यतमं मतम्
samastam iha tac chrutvā samyag evāvadhāryatām | ahiṃsā sarvabhūtānām etat kṛtyatamaṃ matam ||
ဤအရာအားလုံးကို ဤနေရာ၌ ကြားသိပြီးနောက် မှန်ကန်စွာ နားလည်ကာ စိတ်ထဲတွင် ခိုင်မြဲစွာ ထိန်းသိမ်းထားကြလော့။ သတ္တဝါအပေါင်းတို့အပေါ် အဟိံသာ—အကြမ်းမဖက်ခြင်း—သည် အရေးအကြီးဆုံး ကတိကဝတ်တရားဟု မှတ်ယူကြသည်။
