वृन्ताकं नालिकाशाकं कुसुम्भाश्मन्तकं तथा / पलाण्डुं लशुनं शुक्तं निर्यासं चैव वर्जयेत्
vṛntākaṃ nālikāśākaṃ kusumbhāśmantakaṃ tathā / palāṇḍuṃ laśunaṃ śuktaṃ niryāsaṃ caiva varjayet
ခရမ်းသီး၊ “နာလိကာ-ရှာက” ဟုခေါ်သော ဟင်းရွက်၊ ကုစುಂಬ (safflower) နှင့် “အာရှမန်တက” ဟုခေါ်သော အရွက်ဟင်း—ဤတို့ကို ရှောင်ကြဉ်ရမည်။ ထို့အတူ ကြက်သွန်နီ၊ ကြက်သွန်ဖြူ၊ ချဉ်/ဖောက်ထားသော အစားအစာများနှင့် သစ်ရည်ကဲ့သို့ အစေးထွက်ပစ္စည်းတို့ကိုလည်း ရှောင်ရမည်။
