यत्पदाक्षरसङ्गत्या परिस्पन्दनवर्जितम् / चिन्तनं सर्वशब्दानां मानसं तं जपं विदुः
yatpadākṣarasaṅgatyā parispandanavarjitam / cintanaṃ sarvaśabdānāṃ mānasaṃ taṃ japaṃ viduḥ
မန္တရစကားလုံးတို့၏ အက္ခရာများနှင့် အတွင်းပိုင်း၌ ပေါင်းစည်းကာ အပြင်ဘက် လှုပ်ရှားမှု၊ တုန်ခါမှု မရှိဘဲ မန္တရစကားလုံးအားလုံး၏ အဓိပ္ပါယ်ကို စိတ်ဖြင့် ဆင်ခြင်သည့် ထိုစဉ်းစားခြင်းကို ပညာရှိတို့က မာနသ-ဇပ (စိတ်ဖြင့် ဇပ) ဟု သိကြသည်။
