Suta
Primary Rasa: adbhuta
Secondary Rasa: shanta
This verse is primarily cosmographical, describing the arrangement of dvīpas and the Ocean of Milk; it implies an ordered cosmos (ṛta) rather than directly teaching Ātman doctrine.
No specific yoga practice is taught in this verse; it belongs to the Purva-bhāga’s descriptive geography, which later supports dharma and pilgrimage-oriented contemplation.
It does not explicitly address Śiva–Viṣṇu unity; its focus is the Purāṇic map of creation, within which later Kurma Purana sections develop the synthesis more directly.
