अन्धो राजा शक्यते सहायसम्पदा यत्र तत्र वा पर्यवस्थापयितुम् ॥ कZ_०८.२.११ ॥

Transliteration

andho rājā śakyate sahāyasampadā yatra tatra vā paryavasthāpayitum

Translation

မျက်ကန်းဘုရင်ကိုတော့ အဖော်အပေါင်း/အကူအညီပေးသူများ၏ အရင်းအမြစ်များဖြင့် မည်သည့်နေရာမဆို «တည်ငြိမ်အောင်ထားနိုင်သည်»—ဆိုလိုသည်မှာ နေရာချထား၍ ထိန်းချုပ်နိုင်သည်။
