तस्यातिक्रम उत्तमो दण्डः कर्तुः कारयितुश्च कर्मणा व्यापादनेन च ॥ कZ_०४.८.२० ॥

Transliteration

tasyātikrama uttamo daṇḍaḥ kartuḥ kārayituś ca karmaṇā vyāpādanena ca

Translation

ထိုကန့်သတ်ချက်ကို ချိုးဖောက်လျှင် အမြင့်ဆုံး ပြစ်ဒဏ်ကို ခံရမည်—လုပ်ဆောင်သူနှင့် အမိန့်ပေး/လုပ်စေသူ နှစ်ဦးစလုံးအတွက် ဖြစ်သည်။ ထို့ပြင် ထိုလုပ်ရပ်အတွင်း ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာသော ထိခိုက်ဒဏ်ရာ သို့မဟုတ် သေဆုံးမှုအတွက်လည်း တာဝန်ရှိသည်။
