तेन चण्डालाशुचयो व्याख्यातः ॥ कZ_०३.१९.१० ॥

Transliteration

tena caṇḍālāśucayo vyākhyātaḥ

Translation

By this (same rule), Caṇḍālas and other ‘unclean’ persons are to be understood (i.e., the provision applies correspondingly to them).
