उत्साहवतश्च प्रभाववन्तो जित्वा क्रीत्वा च स्त्रियो बालाः पङ्गवोऽन्धाश्च पृथिवीं जिग्युरिति ॥ कZ_०९.१.०९ ॥
utsāhavataś ca prabhāvavanto jitvā krītvā ca striyo bālāḥ paṅgavo ’ndhāś ca pṛthivīṃ jigyur iti
အစပြုလုပ်ဆောင်လိုစိတ် (utsāha) နှင့် ထိရောက်သောအာဏာ/သက်ရောက်မှု (prabhāva) ရှိသူတို့သည် စစ်ဖြင့်အောင်နိုင်ခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် ဝယ်ယူခြင်းဖြင့်ပင် မြေကြီးကို အနိုင်ရခဲ့ကြသည်ဟု ဆိုကြသည်—သူတို့သည် မိန်းမ၊ ကလေး၊ ခြေမသန်သူ သို့မဟုတ် မျက်မမြင်ဖြစ်နေသော်လည်း။
