स्वाध्यायेश्वरपूजा च आसनं पद्मकादिकं प्राणायामो वायुजयः प्रत्याहारः स्वनिग्रहः

svādhyāyeśvarapūjā ca āsanaṃ padmakādikaṃ prāṇāyāmo vāyujayaḥ pratyāhāraḥ svanigrahaḥ

ကိုယ်တိုင်လေ့လာခြင်း (သွာဓျာယ) နှင့် အရှင်ဘုရားကို ပူဇော်ခြင်း; ပဒ္မအာသန စသည့် အာသနများ; ပရာဏာယာမ—အသက်ဝင်လေ (ပရာဏဝါယု) ကို အနိုင်ယူထိန်းချုပ်ခြင်း; နှင့် ပရတ်ယာဟာရ—အာရုံများကို ပြန်လည်ဆုတ်ခွာ၍ ကိုယ်ကိုထိန်းချုပ်ခြင်း—ဤတို့သည် ယောဂကျင့်စဉ်၏ စည်းကမ်းများ ဖြစ်သည်။
