Chapter 371 — Yama-Niyama and Praṇava-Upāsanā (Oṅkāra) as Brahma-vidyā

तस्य द्वादशभिर्मासैः परं ब्रह्म प्रकाशते अनिमादि कोटिजप्याल्लक्षात्सारस्वतादिकं

tasya dvādaśabhirmāsaiḥ paraṃ brahma prakāśate animādi koṭijapyāllakṣātsārasvatādikaṃ

ထိုသို့ အကျင့်ပြုသူအတွက် လ ၁၂ လအတွင်း အမြင့်ဆုံး ဘြဟ္မန် (ပရဘြဟ္မ) သည် ထင်ရှားပေါ်လွင်လာသည်။ ဤသည်မှာ အဏိမာ စိဒ္ဓိတို့မှ စတင်သော မန္တရားဂျပ် ကုဋေကုဋေ၏ ကုသိုလ်နှင့်၊ စာရသွတီ (Sarasvatī) မန္တရား စသည့်အရာများကို တစ်သိန်းကြိမ် ဂျပ်ပြုခြင်း၏ အကျိုးကြောင့်ဟု ဆိုသည်။
