पञ्चमी विद्रधिस्थानं षष्ठी प्राणधरा मता कलासप्तमौ मांसधरा द्वितीया रक्तधारिणी

pañcamī vidradhisthānaṃ ṣaṣṭhī prāṇadharā matā kalāsaptamau māṃsadharā dvitīyā raktadhāriṇī

ပဉ္စမ ကလာသည် အဖုနာအမြစ် (abscess) တည်ရာဟု မှတ်ယူကြသည်။ ဆဋ္ဌမ ကလာသည် ပရာဏ (အသက်ရှူသက်) ကို ထိန်းသိမ်းသောအလွှာဟု ဆိုသည်။ သတ္တမ ကလာသည် အသားကို ဆောင်ထားပြီး၊ ဒုတိယ ကလာသည် သွေးကို ဆောင်ထားသည်။
