कलम्बिकानि माषाश् च वृष्यौ क्षीरघृतौ तथा सर्वशुक्लान्नीति ख आयुष्या त्रिफला ज्ञेया पूर्ववन्मधुकान्विता
kalambikāni māṣāś ca vṛṣyau kṣīraghṛtau tathā sarvaśuklānnīti kha āyuṣyā triphalā jñeyā pūrvavanmadhukānvitā
ကလမ္ဘိကာ ပြင်ဆင်ချက်များနှင့် မာရှ (ပဲမည်း) သည် ကာမအားတိုးစေသော အာဟာရဖြစ်သည်။ နို့နှင့် ဂျီ (ဂရိတ်) လည်း ထိုနည်းတူပင်။ “အဖြူရောင်အစားအစာများသာ” ကိုလည်း ချီးမွမ်းထားသည်။ တြိဖလာကို အသက်တိုးစေသော (အာယုရှျ) ဟု သိမှတ်ရပြီး ယခင်ဖော်ပြသကဲ့သို့ ပြင်ဆင်ကာ မဓုက (လီကော်ရစ်) နှင့် တွဲဖက်သုံးရသည်။
