लक्षं जपेन्मस्तकान्तं स्कन्धान्तं वर्णमालिकां अकारादिक्षकारान्तां विशन्तीं मानवत् स्मरेत्

အက္ခရာပန်းကုံး (ဝဏ္ဏမာလာ) ကို တစ်သိန်းကြိမ် ဂျပ (japa) ပြုရမည်။ ထိုအက္ခရာစဉ်ကို ခေါင်းထိပ်မှ ပခုံးအဆုံးထိ မြင်ယောင်ကာ ‘a’ မှ ‘kṣa’ အဆုံးထိ စတင်ပြီး၊ လူရုပ်သဏ္ဌာန်ကဲ့သို့ ကိုယ်တွင်းသို့ ဝင်ရောက်လာသည်ဟု မှတ်သားရမည်။
