Gaja-śānti: Elephant-Pacification Rite
करिणीन्तु समारुह्य वदेत् कर्णन्तु कालवित् मरुतो ऽनल इति ज चतुःकुम्भा इति ञ पताकिन इति ज नागराजे ऽमृते शान्तिं कृत्वामुस्मिन् जपेन्मनुम्
kariṇīntu samāruhya vadet karṇantu kālavit maruto 'nala iti ja catuḥkumbhā iti ña patākina iti ja nāgarāje 'mṛte śāntiṃ kṛtvāmusmin japenmanum
ဆင်မတစ်ကောင်ပေါ် တက်စီး၍ အချိန်ကို သိမြင်သူသည် မန္တရနာမများကို ရွတ်ဆိုရမည်—“မရုတಃ၊ အနလ” ကို အက္ခရာ ‘ja’ နှင့်၊ “စတုḥကုမ္ဘား” ကို ‘ña’ နှင့်၊ “ပတಾಕင်” ကို ‘ja’ နှင့်။ နာဂရာဇ အမృత အတွက် ရှာန္တိ (ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေး) ပူဇော်ပွဲကို ပြုလုပ်ပြီးနောက် ထိုအခါအတွက် သတ်မှတ်ထားသော မနု (မန္တရ) ကို ထပ်မံ ဂျပ်ရမည်။
