चूर्णङ्घृतैर् वा मधुना गुडाद्यैर् वारिणा तथा ॐ ह्रूं स इतिमन्त्रेण मन्त्रतो योगराजकः
cūrṇaṅghṛtair vā madhunā guḍādyair vāriṇā tathā oṃ hrūṃ sa itimantreṇa mantrato yogarājakaḥ
«ယောဂရာဇက» (Yogarājaka) ဟုခေါ်သော ဆေးပေါင်းကို မုန့်မှုန့်ကို အထောက်အကူ (vehicle) အဖြစ်သုံး၍ သောက်သော်လည်းကောင်း၊ ဂျီ (ghee) နှင့်သော်လည်းကောင်း၊ ပျားရည်နှင့်သော်လည်းကောင်း၊ ဂုဍ (jaggery) စသည်တို့နှင့်သော်လည်းကောင်း၊ သို့မဟုတ် ရေနှင့်လည်းကောင်း သောက်ယူရမည်။ ထို့ပြင် မန္တရ «oṃ hrūṃ sa» ဖြင့် မန္တရတော်အတိုင်း အာနုဘော်ပေး၍ သုံးစွဲရသည်။
