कुम्भकर्णः सनिद्रो ऽभूद् धर्मिष्ठो ऽभूद्विभीषणः स्वसा शूर्पणखा तेषां रावणान्मेघनादकः

kumbhakarṇaḥ sanidro 'bhūd dharmiṣṭho 'bhūdvibhīṣaṇaḥ svasā śūrpaṇakhā teṣāṃ rāvaṇānmeghanādakaḥ

ကುಂಬ္ဘကရဏ (Kumbhakarṇa) သည် အမြဲတမ်း အိပ်ငိုက်နေသူဖြစ်၍၊ ဝိဘီရှဏ (Vibhīṣaṇa) သည် ဓမ္မတရားကို လိုက်နာသူ ဖြစ်သည်။ သူတို့၏ အစ်မ/ညီမမှာ ရှူရ္ပဏခါ (Śūrpaṇakhā) ဖြစ်ပြီး၊ ရာဝဏမှ မေဃနာဒ (Meghanāda) မွေးဖွား하였다။
